Join us for a casual welcome meeting before our 12-week Pre-Pointe Program kicks off. This is your chance to meet instructor Lydia Craft, get to know the other dancers, ask any questions you have, and learn exactly what the 12 weeks will look like, no commitment required.
The Pre-Pointe Program is open to Premium Members and is designed to build the foot and ankle strength, core control, and alignment that pointe work demands. If you're not sure whether this is the right next step for you, this meeting is the place to find out.

About Lydia Craft — Program Instructor
Lydia Craft is a dedicated dancer and choreographer with 17 years of training, rooted in ballet and enriched by jazz, modern, contemporary, and musical theater. Currently pursuing a degree in Biological Sciences at Southern Illinois University, Lydia also serves as Costume Coordinator and choreographer for the Southern Illinois Dance Company. In Pre-Pointe, she brings that same technical precision to the foundational work that gets a dancer ready for pointe, helping each student build strength and confidence one careful step at a time.
