OUR CLASSES

Dance on Your Terms

Our open classes are designed for adults who want to keep moving — on their schedule, at their level, in their own time. Whether you are building on a foundation from our Beginning Ballet Program or stepping into a studio for the first time, you will find a class that meets you where you are.

Every class offers success options — level-ups and level-downs built into the instruction — so you are always challenged without ever feeling lost.

Ballet

Our ballet classes span three levels — from foundational technique for absolute beginners to more advanced work for experienced dancers. Each class builds on the last, creating a natural progression as you grow.

Beginning Ballet

ALL LEVELS · NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Build a strong foundation in alignment, posture, and musicality. Class includes barre and introductory center work in a supportive, adult-focused environment. Ideal for absolute beginners or adults returning after time away.

What to wear: Fitted activewear or dancewear · Ballet flats or socks

Open Ballet

ADVANCED BEGINNER

Refine your technique with barre, center, and across-the-floor work. Focus on alignment, strength, and musicality. Ideal after our Beginning Ballet Program or for adults returning to ballet.

What to wear: Fitted activewear or dancewear · Ballet flats or socks

Intermediate Ballet

INTERMEDIATE · NOT FOR BEGINNERS

Deepen technique, stamina, and artistry with full barre and center work including more complex combinations, turns, and across-the-floor progressions. Designed for experienced dancers or those progressing from Open Ballet.

What to wear: Fitted activewear or dancewear · Ballet flats or socks

Strength & Stability

Built for every dancer at every level. This class conditions the body, which makes all other movement possible.

Strength & Stability

ALL LEVELS

Condition for control. Build strength, balance, and body awareness through targeted exercises for the feet, ankles, calves, and core. Focus on alignment, stability, and mobility to support every style of movement — from dance to daily life.

What to wear: Comfortable activewear · Socks or bare feet

Rotating Genres

Our rotating genre classes refresh every four weeks, cycling through jazz, contemporary, and modern. Each four-week block follows the same weekly structure — warm-up, center work, across-the-floor, and a short combination — giving you enough time to build on each style before moving to the next.

Jazz

ROTATING · ALL LEVELS

Build a strong foundation in alignment, posture, and musicality. Class includes barre and introductory center work in a supportive, adult-focused environment. Ideal for absolute beginners or adults returning after time away.

What to wear: Fitted activewear or dancewear · Ballet flats or socks

Contemporary

ROTATING · ALL LEVELS

Expressive movement rooted in technique. Flow, weight shifts, and phrase work with floorwork offered alongside standing alternatives. Build control and artistry while exploring musicality.

What to wear: Comfortable activewear · Bare feet or socks

Modern

ROTATING · ALL LEVELS

Grounded technique with an emphasis on shape, release, and floorwork. Explore contraction, head-to-tail connection, and full-body awareness while developing strength, balance, and dynamic phrasing.

What to wear: Comfortable activewear · Bare feet

Musical Theatre

ROTATING · ALL LEVELS

Performance-driven movement that combines dance technique with storytelling and character. Each four-week rotation explores a different show theme — building a short combination that celebrates the music, the movement, and the joy of performing. No theatre experience required.

What to wear: Breathable activewear · Jazz shoes or sneakers
