This isn't a lecture or an orientation. It's your chance to step into the studio, move, and experience what our Beginning Ballet Program is all about.

You'll take part in a beginner-friendly sample class designed specifically for adults with little or no dance experience. Along the way, you'll meet your instructor, see how the program is structured, ask questions, and get a feel for our welcoming community.

No experience is needed. No special skills are expected. Just wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring your curiosity.

Our 12-week Beginning Ballet Program is built exclusively for adults and focuses on developing strength, confidence, coordination, and technique in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Enrollment also includes unlimited access to our open classes throughout the program, a ballet manual, journal, tote bag, and more.
